We precision flow form stainless steel and nickel alloys to maximize mechanical properties, control wall thickness, and ensure exceptional concentricity. Our flow-formed tubes and mission‑critical flow-formed parts perform in extreme environments and critical applications across Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Defense, Mining and Power Generation.

What is flow forming?

Flow forming is a chipless metal forming process for manufacturing seamless, cold-worked tubulars. In this process, three rollers apply a controlled compressive force to the outer diameter of a tube over a precision mandrel, plastically deforming the alloy beyond its yield point. As the outside diameter is reduced, material flows axially over the mandrel, elongating and thinning until the specified wall thickness, length, and geometry are achieved.
