Enable Tech MFG, LLC was established in 2014 to expand flow forming technology into the Oil and Gas, Aerospace, Power Generation, and Defense industries. We precision flow form seamless, cold-worked tubulars that maximize the physical and mechanical properties of nickel, cobalt, titanium, stainless and steel alloys.

Enable Tech’s flow formed tubes are excellent solutions for extreme environments and critical applications.

What is flow forming?

Flow forming is a chipless metal forming process for manufacturing seamless, cold-worked tubulars.

Through the process of plastic deformation, three rollers apply a compressive force to the outside of the tubular over an inner mandrel, forcing the alloy beyond its yield point. As the outside diameter reduces, the material flows, elongating the metal tubular until the specified wall thickness and length are achieved.

Ray oversees all aspects of the business as well as production, quoting, quality, and safety at Enable TechMFG. He has worked in the machining industry since 2010, primarily serving the oil and gas and aerospace industries.

Tom has worked in the Oil and Gas industry for 43 years. Prior to Enable Tech, he worked 32 years for Schlumberger and 10 years for MWI. Tom’s industry knowledge combined with his relationship building skills adds tremendous value to our team.

Justin oversees our Quality Department. He has experience working in quality control for 12 years in a couple different industries, such as Machining and Spring Manufacturing as well as the oil and gas industries.
